Featured image as background with blog post title

Looking to replicate this single post layout.
I'm using a menu as the header and have this setup on a staging server. Just wanting to know how to use a featured image as a background to a blog posts title.
If I use Generate blocks can I create a container with the featured image as a background and dynamically display the title?
Hi there,
dynamic content is not currently not possible in Block Elements but it is something we will be adding real soon. For the time being you would either need to use the Header Element
