[Resolved] featured image and "read more"

Just purchased your theme — great product so far, easy to set up, etc.
However, 2 issues:

1) I have the featured image set to centre. It centers on the home page, but on the single post page, it’s to the left: https://www.phoenixcentre.com/blog/2017/09/06/pay-attention-and-see-the-violets-at-your-feet/
What am I missing?

2) I have the home page set for Excerpts, and have tried some of your coding workarounds, but “read more” does not show up. I am punning Advanced Post excerpts, tried disabling it, no difference.
Again, any ideas?

1) This will be an option in the upcoming version of GP premium. For now use this CSS:

.page-header-image-single {
    text-align: center;
}
