Hi, how can I hide my highlighted image inside the post,
but what if I show the image before opening it?
that is, I intend to put a prominent image and only show it in
the abstract and then open it that is not shown.

If I understand correctly, you would like to show featured image on the main blog page but hide on single posts?
If so try Customizer > Layout > Page Header > Single Post Header Location > Hide.
Let me know.
