[Support request] Feature suggestion for blog section in customizer

Hi,

I would like to suggest being able to filter through different CPTs, not only posts/pages in customizer -> design -> blog. There some items, i.e. featured image, I would like to show on posts but not certain CPTs.

I think this would be a nice feature to have.

Hi there,

you can use the option_generate_blog_settings and other filters to change the layout etc for specific pages/posts/post types.

To create a separate interface in the customizer would be too complicated. However we are looking into a possible extension to the Elements module to do this kind of thing.
