feature img fit with content box

i need to make the feature img with full size as content box, all imgs with big size but how to make them without padding or margin and fit the content box

Can you try unchecking the display padding around featured images option in the customizer?

the problem was with optimize the img, when i keep all the img with their original size i'll get error
Serve scaled images<
900x500 to 388x215 , there is no way to keep things normal if i want to optimize speed
So the issue is solved?
I can see that the featured image in the post is working now.
