Feature Images and All Text

I’ve just created my first Post using GenerateBlocks. So far so good but I can not find the appropriate field so I can include the posts Feature Image (not External Feature but Internal Image) or how to edit the photos to include the ALLT text.
Would appreciate guidance.
Hi there,
if you're using the WP Featured Image option in the post editor then they are treated as any other image, when you add the featured image, it opens the Media Library, select the image and update the ALT text field.
