Feature Image Max Size?

Hello! I like that the feature images on my homepage pull to the same size (ex: http://ohjuliaann.com/), I just wish they'd be ~25% smaller. Is there a way to cap how big the preview/feature images show on the homepage?

Looks like you are using a plugin on those featured images maybe?
