Feature image is getting cropped on mobile

Hi folks.
I haven't updated anything on my site recently other than Wordpress and GP. But some users have informed me that the feature image on individual blog post pages is getting cropped instead of fitting the mobile screen. A cursory scan of the CSS shows nothing out of place.
Any idea what might be the issue? Example in the URL

Do you have a height of 300px set in the customizer?
If so can you remove it?

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing any option to change the height or width as mentioned in the link you sent.

I'm running GP Premium 1.10.00 and all modules are activated.
Hmm that's super weird.
Can you disable all plugins to eliminate any potential conflicts?
