FB Pixel Installed with Elements but 2 Pixels Are Showing

Hello on my website, I have two pixels on the site and not sure why that is the case. I'm using the new Elements and only see the 1 pixel I want (298668037513133)

I go back to my Facebook Business Manager and only see that same one but this older one is nowhere to be found (neither on WordPress via the Elements system/don't see the old Legacy hook system either or FB as I get an error when I try to troubleshoot is through the Chrome Pixel Helper when redirecting to FB).

If you could check out my page source (says the 2nd pixel -2015199145383303- I'm looking for isn't on the site). How is this possible and how do I get it removed?
