Favicon problem

I have all my sites running on GP, and I uploaded a favicon for all sites in the root directory. However there is one strange thing happening with one site. The favicon shows for the wp-admin tab (https://thaihealingmassage.com/info/wp-admin/), but it doesn't show up for the actual site pages (https://thaihealingmassage.com/info/thai-massage-sacrum-therapy/).
Any idea why the favicon shows up for one but not the other? I don't have this issue with any of my other sites.
