Favicon not appearing on my website

I am unable to get my favicon to appear on my website. I have tried using the customizer, as well as uploading the file directly to the root of my site, but I cannot seem to get the favicon to appear. Any way that you can take a look for me? It's currently set to load via the Customizer

The favicon is a WP core feature so I don't believe the issue is related to the theme.
Normally, uploading the file directly to the root should definitely work and I can indeed see it in the source code:

Have you tried #1 here to eliminate conflicts from elsewhere?

Got it, thanks! It looks like Shortpixel was trying to optimize the logo and it served the different filename. I think that's what it was. I will give it some time and hopefully it re-appears. Thank you!
