Fatal Error - Need Assistance ASAP

Hello,
I am getting a fatal error on my website that is causing issues with loading a form and also causing all my posts to give me a cirical error message. Do you have any recommendations for this issue?

are you using a Child theme ?
As the stack trace on that error begins ( and ends with ) the header.php file located in a theme titled: pest
