Fatal Error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted...

Hi,
I've looked at some of the other posts about this issue. I can no longer access the customizer. My host increased my memory and I've deleted some plugins (deactivated others), but the problem still persists.
When I click on Appearance + Customize, I get this.

Show post counts
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /www/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1889
If I click on Appearance + Widgets I get an Archives button that I can't do anything with.
Please let me know if you need any further information. Thanks.
You have something using a ton of memory on your site. Have you tried deactivating all of the other plugins, instead of just a few?
