Fast velocity minify conflict

The Fast velocity minify plugin works to significantly increase my page speed and yslow score.
However when I use this plugin the hamburger menu on mobile view does not work.
In the plugin settings there is a field to ignore css and js paths to avoid conflict.
What should I enter in that field so that the hamburger menu on mobile view is not broken.
