Hi,
I made a faq section. I used this: https://ontopmarketing.agency/schema-faq-generator/
This is my website
I added the script as an element.
Why the faq doesn't show the answer when I click on the + ?
If you visit my site, I appreciate when you click on one of the banners, I am looking more than a few days for the solution and lost my top rankings after I added the faq section.

Unfortunately we are unable to help with a custom solution found from an online source here.
I do see that you have a console error that might be causing the issue.
I'd say that using an accordion block plugin like this is the way to go:
