Trying to Import Zeal theme and getting a 400 error. Talked to my hosting provider and no errors on their end. Chrome inspector is showing something with ajax, imports some of the content but not all of it

Tom provides some reasons here - both of which are server related:
The main thing is to check with your host that they can communicate with gpsites.co - if thats not the issue then do they have any security rules blocking XML files.
