Facebook pixel does not work

I installed my Facebook pixel.
first in the head using the element section, but Facebook says the pixel is not ready.
then i added a plugin to help me with the pixel. also this does not work, but Facebook is receiving data from visitors.|

I know this is generate press and not Facebook but why is my pixel not ready? and how do i fix it?
Facebook manager says i have no problems but this link says:

the is something wrong with the category, is this the reason the pixel is not ready? I only want to add products to my catalogue so i can use it for instagram shopping. Can someone please help me. I am even considering hiring a programmer to fix it for me. because i have no idea where to look for.
