Extra items showing up on menu after updating theme

On some pages in the menu "top" and "uncategorized" is showing. How do I get rid of that?

It looks like those are being added by a breadcrumb plugin of some kind? Do you have on installed?

Ah-HA! That was it. Plugin disabled and all is now well.
