external links always open in a new page

Hallo
I left at the bottom of my pages ( footer ) 9 external links made, I would like if you click it opens a new page and that my visitors do not go out of my site , how do I fix this?

Hi there,
simplest way is to create a new Menu in Appearance > Menus, and add each of your external links and set them to Open in New Tab. See here how to do that:

Then add a Navigation Menu widget to your footer in place of your Links widget.
