Exporting site for client

Hi, new to GP. I'm wanting to use it/Elementor to build sites for clients. Can I export the theme I've built to deliver or will I have to purchase a new license for each client?

What about in the case of multiple
clients? So I'd be building all different websites for clients on
different servers. Is it still the same that it's allowed to use the
same license but advised against?
