Can i share license key with client?

hi, if i tell my client that i will install premium theme and i will give him zip file of premium theme, can i share license key with them? though in my generatepress account i will assign only one website to that client still need a clarification on this, if its okay to share license key with them
Hi there,
You can, but I advise against it. It's almost always a better idea to get the client to purchase a license, or add the cost of a license into your quote and get me to supply a license for them.
That way, you're not responsible for their license and their future updates, and they can also make use of the forum for questions instead of coming to you.

I know this is a rather old thread, but regarding your statement "...or add the cost of a license into your quote and get me to supply a license for them." How would one go about doing that? Would I contact you or add the license to my current account?

You would just buy the license for them, and then contact me to change the username and other customer details.
