Export Import Question

In Export Settimgs, i can select the following:
Kernel
Blog
Sekundäre Navigation
Abstände
Menu Plus
Copyright
But what about elements? Do they get also exportet?
Then below those settings, i can select:
GeneratePress Seite
What does that mean, what will be exportet?
I have looked in the documentation, but it seems like that it is not up to date.
I creating a new design on a dev site, and would likr to transfer the design to a site with existing content, that do not run GP by now.
Hi there,
Elements is a Post Type and would be exported like a Post or Page is.
Simplest method to clone the site is to use the Duplicator plugin.
One more question regarding this topic:
If I check secondary navigation, Menue Plus, Copyright and all those options to export. Does that mean, that on import on a different site, i have the secondary navigation content and the content from the copyright on this site?
Because i only want to export/import the design, but not the content, since this will be a existing site with own content.
No import and export would only do the settings, navigation location etc.
