Export Elements, Layouts for Migration to Live Site

I understand how to export/migrate the customizer settings, but I'm not sure how to transfer the elements, layouts etc. that I have created to my live site.
I don't want to use a migration plugin as I don't want to migrate all tables as the live site has content that I don't want to overwrite. And I don't know which tables generatepress stores its changes so don't want to risk migrating tables that I'm unsure about.
Is there a way I can import/export elements etc. the same way I do Customizer changes?
