Export elements along with any images used

Is there a way to export elements for import to another site but also export all images that have been used inside those elements? Elements also contain GenerateBlocks blocks. The current import option only imports content, the only way to export images is if I export EVERYTHING from WordPress. I only want to export elements with their images and not the whole site content.

the default WP Export tools are pretty terrible. Haven't tested - but maybe this plugin will do the job:

FYI, make sure you have Safe SVG plugin activated for successful SVG import. Also if the site is behind http authentication, make sure you deactivate it before exporting and importing.
