Export all settings and Elements

I need to export all SETTINGS and ELEMENTS I have defined on my localhost site to my live site. Is there a way of doing it WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY plugins?

Hi there,

You can export / import the Settings from Appearance > GeneratePress
You can export / import the Element post type from The Tools > Export
