Excluding footer widgets from category pages

My homepage currently has four footer widgets with links.

If I would like all posts, pages & categories just to display footer widget 4, is this possible?

I would like the widget called "links" to display on the posts, pages & categories.

Hi there,

So basically you only want 4 footer widgets on the home page and 1 footer widgets on all other pages?

I would say that the easiest solution is to use this plugin:
