Exclude a Post From Homepage "Latest Posts"

Hi,

I'm creating a new blog category and I need to be able to exclude blog posts from showing up on the top section of this: https://www.forgettingfairytales.com Usually any new post automatically goes under the menu bar (+ in any other category it's listed in.)

When I press homepage and edit though, my editing option (to see if I can exclude with a tag or category or something like that), only shows for me to edit the page content from the "Welcome to Forgetting Fairytales" text and below.

Could you tell me where I can find this and edit this please? Or if there's some code I can add into the site to make it possible this way? The new blog section will be called "Happily Ever After" if that helps... Thanks!

Best wishes,
Ella

Hi there,

do you mean the magazine grid ? if so thats being displayed using a WP Show Posts list. Go to Dashboard > WP Show Posts, you should see one titled Header.

To remove posts from a specific category, you can:

1. Edit the WPSP List titled Header
2. Set the Taxonomy to Category, and select the Category Term you want to exclude.
3. Go to the More Settings Tab, and set the Tax Operator to NOT IN
