[Support request] Excerpt on blog titles

Hi

This is probably out of scope of the support in GPP, but does anyone have a solution to putting excerpt on blog titles on frontpage ? I want to limit the titles to lets say 20 characters and then if the title is longer than that, use “…”

I found some solutions by Googling “limit words on post title wordpress”.
