Every page shows in header

Navigation shows all my pages in the header. I don't know where these page links are coming from. I deleted my menus and cleared cache.

For anyone who experiences this. I was able to get rid of all of the pages showing up as my primary navigation by adding menu items to my primary nav. (I left it blank, thinking it would make it so NO nav items showed in the header) That doesn't work. :)

yeah WP doesn't like the idea there is no Menu, so it auto populates the primary navigation with top level pages.
Creating a new menu and assigning it to the Primary nav location will resolve that.
