Ethos Theme no category headers

Hi! I am using ethos theme. There is no page header appearing for post categories or 404 pages.
I have gone into Elements,fixed display rules to try to make the blog page header appear there, and flushed cache. But no luck!

can you make sure there are no Display Rule conflicts.
For example if you first published All Archives - you will need to exclude any Post Category Archives that you want to display a different header element for
Note: Post Category > Jobs will apply to all single posts in the Jobs category. If you want to apply the header element to the Post archive it needs to Post Category Archive > Jobs.
