    Hello,

I have found a conflict when using Essential Blocks for Gutenberg – Social Sharing block in a content template. Below is an example of how it appears:

    Social Sharing block conflict

(If the image is not displaying, please see it here: imgur.com/ZGObcyZ)

Unfortunately, I can’t provide a URL as each site I have tried it on have been on a development server, but it is easy to replicate.

I have notified Essential Blocks for Gutenberg support to hopefully find a solution, but if you have any suggestions, they would be gratefully received.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I’ve replicated the above issue on a temporary live website (it will expire in 48 hours) on InstaWP.

Please see an example of the conflict here: https://rian-caper-bepa.instawp.xyz/how-local-seo-helps-grow-your-business/

    Thanks

    Hi there,

i assume that their CSS is dynamically loaded when the Post is loaded, and their plugin doesn’t know about a block being loaded via a GP Element ( which is its own post type ). You will need the developer to resolve that, let us know what they say

    Hello David,

As requested, I want to let you know what the Essential Blocks for Gutenberg developers have said.

They have fixed the issue and provided a temporary version of the plugin, before its release on the WordPress Repository.

They haven’t provided how they have fixed the problem, or the cause, but I suspect it was as you suggested a CSS not loading on the post type.

Thanks for you assistance on this.
