I keep receiving this error and I’m not sure if it’s related to my theme and I don’t want to downgrade my WordPress but I think it might be related to my updated WordPress according to this page (linked below)

That wouldn’t be a theme-related error.
You can activate a Twenty series WP theme to test.
Maybe check with your hosting support?
