Error when updating theme

Hello, I'm getting an error while trying to update my theme from verion 2.4.2 to the latest version.
The error message is the following:
"Update failed: The update cannot be installed because we will be unable to copy some files. This is usually due to inconsistent file permissions."
Any clue of what is happening with this update?

Hi there,

This issue is usually caused by incorrect file permissions settings on your server.

I suggest contacting your webhost support to assist you in fixing this issue if you're not comfortable fiddling with its file permission settings.
