Hello,

I have successfully moved over 50 Generatepress websites from my 2012 server to my new Ubuntu server. However, the one with the largest amount of content when I move that as one database – it always errors as a similar spot and I get an error message which suggests that there are some problems with the website code on that page.

When I run the code through the

It does find some errors but most of the posts seem to be able to transfer from one server to another without breaking the database.

Any suggestions on how to fix the issue?

The error message can be viewed at this link

I tired moving the database in two parts. That worked in one sense but the website it was incredibly slow.
This is despite the fact that I have ran the Plesk “Check and Repair” feature and got a clean bill of health on that.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

Kind regards

Hi Charles,

I don't believe this is a GP/GB issue as it would happen on all the pages.

Have you gone through any debugging tips like disabling all plugins except GP Premium and GB to test?

Let me know :)

Hi Leo,

I have been looking at some debugging which has highlighted a couple of problem plugins and I am now looking at running WP-Optimize which has slimmed down the database.

I will explore more tidying the database to see if I can optimize it further.

Kind regards

Charles

Sounds good.
