I uploaded, activated, the4n website went HTTP ERROR 500 Tom.
The dbsatucson.org page isn’t working

That’s strange – it’s just an empty plugin.
You’ll need to delete the plugin folder via FTP/file manager in your hosting cpanel.
Then try the Code Snippets plugin instead.
