    Trying to activate my GP premium plugin but when I paste my license no and press save showing error
    “cURL error 7: Failed to connect to generatepress.com port 443: Connection timed out”
    Tell me how to solve this problem.

    Hi there,

    on this site go to Accounts > Download – under Purchase History, click View Licenses and then Manage Sites. Try adding your sites URL to the list.

    Hi there,

    Is your site using HTTPS?

    It could have been a temporary server thing – is it still happening now?

    If so, can you share your server IP so we can make sure our server hasn’t blocked it?

    Yes, my site secure with HTTPS.
    Still, I am facing this issue.

    Hi there,

    I’ve checked with our server and that IP is not being blocked by any of our firewalls.

    You may need to check with your server to make sure it’s allowed to communicate with generatepress.com.
