Error Receiving updates

Hi,
Even after doing necessary steps mentioned in the below doc, error is not going and i m not receiving premium updates

I m using cloudways server and they told me this...
I would recommend you to contact the support of the generate press and ask them to whitelist your server's IP. If they recommend anything to be done from our side then feel free to ask us anytime.

And is there any specific error you received?

but the error is not going and i m still getting 403 Forbidden error

I see that the server support added the secondary API, how about cURL? I assume it's enabled.
Can you provide a WP admin login to your site so we can take a look at the backend?

I logged in but didn't see the Secondary API code.
So I installed the Code Snippet plugin and added the Secondary API code, tried to activate the license key and it worked immediately.

I think your server support didn't actually install that code for you.
