error on update to from 1.2.92 to 1.2.94

I don't know how to proceed with this error. I have GP (premium) installed on a local machine and it's never been anywhere else such as a live site. Suggestions?

Thanks that worked. windows. ugg. I should be using Linux for dev work.
Hopefully WordPress learns to play nice with Windows sooner than later.
