Good day. When switching to Customize, an error message pops up for a second. How to fix it?

What's the WordPress version is your site using?
The latest version is 5.6. Maybe start with updating Wordpress?
Install WordPress 5.6.1
Hi there,
Can you temporarily disable ALL plugins to check if this still occurs? To check for any plugin issues.
Are you using Yandex Metrica plugin? I'm not sure if it was updated to work for WordPress 5.6.
The last known tested version for it was 5.5.3 as mentioned in its plugin page. https://wordpress.org/plugins/yandex-metrica/
