    Good day!
    Today I wanted to pay for the license renewal.
    And paid for it.
    However, not an extension, but the purchase of a new one.
    But there is no need to purchase a new one.
    Is it possible to set off the payment in the renewal of the current license and cancel the purchase of a new one?

    Similar to me. I wanted to renew my license to lifetime today, but in a rush of Black Friday shopping mood I ordered it new. Is it still possible to cancel this purchase, so I can renew the license?
