It's already there, I don't know how to put the contents on the hook. When I used Menu Location, the layout became disorganized. I want to put a menu on the hook without making the layout disorganized.

Can you remove the hook element for now and let us know exactly what layout you are trying to achieve?

Then we can point you in the right direction.
