[Support request] Error 503 to import site library

    Hi!
    When importing the contents of a site library, appears 503 error.
    The server configuration is at 256 MB of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size.
    On the other hand, I added define (‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
    define (‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true); in the wp-config.php file but does not generate debug.log to see what the problem is.
    Can you tell me what the problem is?

    Hi there,

    do you have any other plugins installed on the site ?
    If so can you disable all of them.

    They retry the import. Let me know

    I only have GP Premium and WooCommerce enabled

    Hmmm… can you retry the import and if the error re-appears can your right click and inspect the page and let us know if there are any red errors in the console.
