Error 403 on Strato Server

Hello,
sorry to open another 403 Topic but I didn’t found anything with a Strato Server.
With an older WordPress installation in 2016 the verification of the license key was no problem. Today I tried to use the key on another website wich is also on a Strato server but I get the 403 Error.
Can you help me with fixing this issue?
