please help when i install any theme from site library it shows error 400 but when i click on question mark it opens error 500. how to solve this issue? i want to uplaod a demo site to my domain so i can easily customise it.

can you check with your host that your server can connect to

In addition to this can you disable any cache plugins or server side caches – and try again.
