Entry Title Depending on Page Width

I am trying to have some of my pages 800px and some of my pages 1200px.

I created an Element>Layout>Content 800px and chose the pages but am having two issues.

1 - The top padding of the Entry Title is removed but all the settings are default.
2 - The Entry Title isn't lining up with Inside Article text - it is too far left.
