Ensure text remains visible during webfont load (swap doesn't work?)

Hello there!
I'm trying to resolve the "Ensure text remains visible during webfont load" error in Lighthouse, but no luck.
I looked through the previous topics and configured the local fonts to preload through Perfmatters and added font-display: swap in the CSS customizer (see attached screenshots).
I cleared my cache and still see the error, where did I go wrong?

i visited the pagespeed.web.dev URL you provided and i don't see the “Ensure text remains visible during webfont load” under the reports diagnostics.
Theres a change google picked up a cached page when you ran the test.
