Encyrypt phone number / address

to avoid data getting collected by spambots i encrypted the email adress according to the thread
Encrypt email-addreses.
Now i wonder if something similar is possible
a) for the phone number (the tel:+1234532443 link)
b) an address

I noticed in the comments the author said that Cloudflare obfuscates these details automatically.
