Me gustaría saber cómo puedo hacer un encabezado y la sección hero con fondo transparente.

Hi there,
the site uses a Header Element:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/
It has no hero content, just enable the Merge with Content option on Site Header tab, which then allows you to set the header/nav colors to transparent.
The merge option will merge it with any content below, on the Donate Site that content is built using GenereateBlocks in the page editor.
