Enable Secondary Navigation on Blog Posts

Hi guys,
I mentioned this in another query but was asked to open another topic for it :)
How do I enable secondary navigation on all blog posts please?
My site is http://www.forgettingfairytales.com and I want the blog categories (dating relationships etc) to show up on the top of each post to make navigation easier. On my post settings I don't have it ticked to exclude it, but it doesn't automatically show.
What should I do please?

Hi Ella,
Go to appearance > elements, check if there's a Hook element called Secondary Navigation.
If so, the posts should be excluded from this element, can you try remove the posts from the excluded list?
