Empty tables

Is it possible to completely hide empty tables? And can this "empty info" also be attached to other elements such as a headline?
Excample:
H2 Headline - Hidden if table empty
Table - Hidden if table empty
An other question is, how I can edit the empty translation content.

I'm not exactly sure what you are referring to here at all - GP doesn't do anything special to tables.
Can you link me to the page in question if I'm mistaken here?
